• Lifestyle center design evokes a main street environment, incorporating tree lined medians, outdoor seating areas, wide sidewalks and a town square
• Created amenity ponds around lifestyle center to soften built environment with appealing natural features
• Crown jewel of community parks and trails system is a central, tree filled greenbelt that bisects the community
• Utilized floodplains, drainage channels and buffer areas to create an extensive parks, trails and open space program
• Designed trail network to connect neighborhoods and retail components
• Developed community thematic design program to establish a cohesive identity for the community
• Coordinated entitlements efforts with 3 municipalities that govern the community to obtain approvals for community development plan
• Designed neighborhood street and lot layouts for a variety of product sizes
