City of Fate, Texas

• Provided design services for rapidly growing municipality located on the far east growth ring of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex
• City is experienced a population explosion due to the availability of land and proximity to Dallas/Ft. Worth
• Worked with City leaders to outline a vision for the community to ensure orderly, appropriate growth
• Prepared Comprehensive Land Use Plan to guide development and ensure the defining characteristics of the City are maintained
• Prepared Future Zoning Map to document existing zoning and illustrate the zoning necessary to achieve the City’s vision for growth and development
• Created a Downtown Streetscape Improvement Plan to reflect the heritage of the city and establish a vibrant retail/business district
• Comprehensive Parks, Trails and Open Space Plan prepared to meet the current recreation needs and plan for future growth of the community
• Parks, Trails and Open Space Plan awarded a Texas Parks and Wildlife Recreation Grant for $400,000
