• Worked with Client to refine community design and programming to meet changing market demand during multi-year build out of community
• Designed marketing trail to provide a window into the community lifestyle
• Located amenity center to be the focal point and social center of the community
• Utilized undevelopable land to create extensive parks, trails and open space system providing outdoor recreation opportunities to all residents
