At SEC Planning, our value lies in our ability to see the bigger perspective of each project; understanding our role in the success of the development process. We recognize that thoughtfully designed plans reflect compliance with current codes, meet market demands and easily transition to engineering and construction documents. As such, we are team players who constantly communicate with our clients and team members to ensure that plans meet programming and design goals and can be built without costly changes to designs. We begin each project with the right information, gathering data and evaluating each project as a unique entity. We endeavor to provide keen insight into the opportunities and challenges each project presents. We help our clients meet budgets through our 4Bridges process; ensuring small problems do not grow into large obstacles, slowing a project’s momentum. We take ownership of each project and focus our efforts to create plans and designs that result in successful, attractive and most importantly, profitable projects for our clients.
At the end of the day, we recognize that efficiencies in process, cutting edge designs and constant communication mean nothing if the project can’t get off the drawing board. To that end, we work to help our clients realize the fulfillment of their project vision.
We also understand the need to be actively engaged to ensure our Clients’ project success. We do not believe it is our clients’ burden to cover our travel expenses and burn through their project’s budget. We bill only for our services, end of discussion. Not that it’s our style, but if we were to stay at a four star hotel or fly business class, it’s our cost, not our clients.
Established in 2001, SEC Planning offers land planning, landscape architecture and community branding services nationally through our offices in Austin and Atlanta. Our staff of landscape architects and designers provides Client-Centered Thinking to clients across the country.
