980 home community with Hill Country Thematic design
- Developed a contemporary, hill country thematic design that utilizes native limestone and sandstone
- Entry feature designed to create sense of arrival through grand, stone tower with multi-level plant beds and sign face that echos the rolling hill country terrain at sunset
- Created an inviting landscape environment along one-mile extension of Lakeline Boulevard
- Designed amenity center featuring shaded children’s pool, splash pad, resort pool with sun ledge, pool house, pavilion, playground, basketball court, trails and open space
