WANTED:

Land Planner:  2-5 years experience
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with code research and data collection for use in design and planning process.
  • Prepare feasibility, slope analysis and site analysis maps.
  • Develop master plan concepts, lotting plans and site development plans for land development.
  • Assist in creation of entitlement documents, map exhibits and comprehensive land plans.

Requirements:

  • Two to Five years of experience in site planning, residential master planning or similar office environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, M-Color, Adobe Suite, Sketch-up and MS Office).
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.

 

Landscape Designer:  0-5 years experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the both the planning and landscape architecture project teams.
  • Ability to assist a team in site analysis, site planning, conceptual design, design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for landscape architecture projects.
  • Participate in creation of 3d marketing graphics as well as technical documents.
  • Participate in site observations visits, project meetings, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 0 to five years of experience in design office environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Display critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land-FX, M-Color, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and MS Office).
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of Texas plant materials and construction methods.

 

Landscape Architect:  3-8 years experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the project team.
  • Ability to prepare site analysis, site planning, conceptual design, design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for landscape architecture projects.
  • Participate in creation of 3d marketing graphics as well as technical documents.
  • Ability to prepare budget estimates, bid documents and project administration tasks.
  • Ability to participate in site observations visits, project meetings, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in design office environment.
  • Completion of a professionally-accredited landscape architecture degree program and successful achievement of professional licensure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land-FX, M-Color, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and MS Office).
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of plant materials and construction methods.
  • Demonstrate experience with the regulatory process for permitting, project management and built projects.
